Nobody at drive thru, tiny blonde girl said it would be 5 minutes until my prescription was ready but said I had to drive somewhere else and not wait at drive thru even though nobody was behind me. My perscriptions are always screwed up too.
CVS is a joke & so annoying🙄 They have ALWAYS said in reply to this question: •Customer: How long of a wait, please?🙂 •Pharmacist: "About an hour." •Customer*looks around*, to see they're the ONLY other person in the STORE,& workers are sitting/standing doing..NOTH--ING! CUSTOMER replies: "Why is it going to take an HOUR,when I am clearly the ONLY person here?".... "I can just go elsewhere& have it within 5minutes, thank you." "Can I have my prescription back, please?" Pharmacist: "Oh ma'am, we can have it in about 20 minutes!" Customer: "Thank you." My favorite pharmacy. The staff Is friendly and helpful. I love being able to grab things that I need while I'm there as well.
Drive thru on the weeknights are pretty busy I try to avoid those times. Other than that I haven't had a bad experience
