CVS Pharmacy

The young lady at the window was extremely polite and courteous. She smiled the entire time which made me fell like she didn’t have a problem helping me. They are quick at the drive through window.

Very frustrated with the pharmacy drive thru! After having had to wait in the line for 45 minutes because apparently they allow people to wait for there prescriptions at the window, it’s finally my turn and the women at the window tells me they’re doing a shift change so it will be a few minutes more. I was gonna tell her that I could just come back because I was out of time but she asked if I needed my medications right then, basically offering to get them for me. After she retrieved them she comes back to the window and tells me she needs my insurance card with no explanation as to why. I have been filling my prescriptions at this pharmacy for years. I use the app and I’m an extra care member. My Insurance has not changed so I have no idea why it wouldn’t be on file. I can’t remember the

Consultation desk is super friendly and help you out to the best of their knowledge.

Very efficient employees are great I highly recommend

It seems like some of the employees there really do not like their job....or life, or something...
