CVS pharmacy is hands down the most difficult pharmacy to deal with in the United States. So far I haven't been able to pinpoint what the problem is. Whether it's due to incompetence or its intentional I'd rather order off the dark web to be honest.

He put me on a very quick hold, came back, and affirmed that CVS has the food product. He took the time to help me. Saved by Greg. That is Customer Service at its best. He is knowledgeable on every aspect of the store and products. Beth ~ Beth has all hats. Retail Associate, Manager, Nice person, Explanations of products go to and Caretaker of all in need. I wish to express my Thanks to your Corporate Headquarters for being so mindful of whom to hire. I'm sure their Co- workers feel the same. Diligence and just plain goodness describes Beth and Greg. How come everyone in this pharmacy acts like they hate their job????? No one is nice, everyone is rude. I wonder if they know that it takes more energy to be angry, miserable, and rude than it does to be kind and patient. I’ve literally had to ask if everything is ok with them. Sheesh. It’s the last time I’m going there. I’d rather drive further than be treated badly. No thanks.

Extremely bad product I got an expired product they deleted my review I’ve updated the images of white bread with the date I got an expired white bread i requested for wheat bread it was not available so I got white bread. After I reached home it was an expired date 02/10/25 today is 03/11/25 I already spoke to several associates this case has been escalated to the team but why my review has been deleted it means they don’t care about customers this is going to be further escalated if the issue is not resolved I’ve got this bread for my fasting Ramadan after eating that I’ve got stomach pain for couple of hours who is responsible for this problems need a positive reply
