CVS Pharmacy

Are you guys okay at this location? Is it a competency issue???? Orrrrrrr do you just genuinely HATE your customers. Asking for a friend who was literally peeing BLOOD and you couldn’t get it together to get a simple medication after 2 hours and then you closed the store on him. I’m assuming everyone who works for CVS doesn’t use CVS for their prescriptions. I’m right aren’t I ? Because you know that your store is disorganized chaos and couldn’t fill a prescription if your life depended on it.

Automated sucks. You can never get a live person. Please fix your phone system !!! When you have a New Rx. You have no idea what the number is ! So you call to ask if it’s ready or the price. But with the automated you don’t get that option !!!! This is why I said fix your phone system or let us talk to a real person !

I waited in like for almost 30 minutes (which is fine, but added to show my frustration), only to be told that my prescription was not in stock (although the app said it was). The pharmacist didn't seem to care that I live an hour away and couldn't just drive back out the next day. I asked him to transfer it to the CVS in Woodway, to which he replied for me to have them call it in to transfer it. This was 20 minutes until they closed so I tried calling the Woodway CVS, but had to leave a voicemail so I drove there. I barely made it to the Woodway CVS by 6:55. The worker there had to call the Target pharmacist twice to get him to release the prescription it to them. She said he could've just clicked a button when I was there and it would've released it. Waited for over 45 minutes. Didn’t even have my Meds in stock. They called my husband a racial slur. It also had a very pungent foul odor.
