CVS Pharmacy

I transferred from Walgreens pharmacy to CVS Pharmacy on Rosemont Road because Walgreens Pharmacy had such poor customer service. In starK contrast, CVS Pharmacy goes above and beyond. They give you an option to message them or call them and leave a message and they call you back within an hour. This is by far the best pharmacy that I have encountered in my 30 plus years. Bar none, they are the best. I just wish the corporation would recognize the outstanding customer service at the store and give them the recognition they deserve.

CVS app made it super easy for me to schedule me and my 2 sons vaccine appointments. It was fast, easy and a friendly experience. Highly recommend!

The attitude in this pharmacy is not just great for Virginia Beach, but surpasses all other places visited. The staff is professional, competent, & considerate. They always meet, & usually exceed, their promises.

Pharmacist Craig (Rosemont Rd. Virginia Beach) was enormously patient and helpful finding greatly reduced costs for a script using their own Good Rx account. He was kind, respectful, and patient in explaining the detailed protocol for my new meds. Thank you, CVS and Pharmacist Craig!

Only went there for my COVID booster after the whether prescription was needed or not was resolved. If you are eligible (65+ older or underlying health issues) you no longer need a prescription. Made appointment online and only had to wait a few minutes for the vaccine. Easy peezy...
