CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy is awesome one day and a war zone the next. I have dealt with very nice people ( short hair guy pharmacist) and also witnessed some ghetto shouting match between staff and customer. Last week as i was picking up meds for a fam member, staff was getting on a customer shouting back and forth. Lines were long right before the storm and service was slow. Not sure what had happened or what went on but at this location, customer service lacks a whole lot. Glad I have other pharmacy choices here in vineland because if that happens to me, i will never set foot up in here.

Customer service is very good at CVS! The folks who work there seem to be dedicated and very knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical industry and insurance industry ins and outs.

My experience with Janet Perez at CVS was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. Her behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service. From the moment I interacted with her, I felt talked down to and treated with a lack of basic respect. What made the situation worse was how differently I felt I was treated compared to other customers. Her tone, attitude, and lack of willingness to help came across as biased and felt discriminatory, which is unacceptable—especially in a healthcare setting where professionalism and empathy should be the standard. Adding to this frustration, Mrs. Daponte witnessed the entire interaction and did absolutely nothing to intervene or assist. Her lack of action was just as disappointing. Standing b

The staff here is consistently amazing. I drive by several other CVS stores to shop here. Both the pharmacy staff as well as the front end team are all great and extremely helpful.

I do not recommend this pharmacy at all. They are rude, dismissive, and there is always a huge wait to pick up. They should not even get a 1 star
