We are so very appreciative of Parth—he went above and beyond in both his customer care and professionalism! My son got sick while we were out of town and I had to fill a script the same day we had to catch our flight home. We were on an extremely tight turnaround in terms of making it to the airport. Our script was not yet ready when we went to pick it up. Hearing that we were in a jam, Parth went above and beyond the call of duty to personally ensure that my son’s script was filled as soon as possible, even doing parts of it himself. We are long time customers of CVS Pharmacy, but Parth’s care and dedication to his customers is genuinely unmatched in all of our experiences here. First time having a script filled at CVS, due to an insurance change...computer system malfunctioned, would not accept an updated phone number. Mediocre experience!

I am handicap so my health worker went to get my prescription so the girl which I do have her name was rude and lied about my medication being there when I received a text saying it was ready,She seen my last name and address and denied me my medication because already taken her to court for child endangerment .my daughter went next night and was told somebody pick it up ,when i never got my prescription

CVS In Sunnybrae in a place to get your vaccines. Making an appointment, checking in and getting the shots were easy and quick. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and updated all my insurance cards being I am now on Medicare. Great experience. Highly recommend.

They don’t answer the phone, so you have to leave a message for a pharmacy staff person to call back. What terrible customer service service. They also close for lunch, providing zero coverage during that time. Again, this is poor customer service. I guess they’ve never heard of staggering people’s shifts?
