CVS Pharmacy

I cannot review other CVS pharmacies the same way, but this location is superior to all other locations and every Walgreens that I have used. We use this for our personal prescriptions and we are providers who call in prescriptions for our patients. We can rely on our patient's prescriptions being filled very quickly, which is important because many of them need to start antibiotics urgently.

I only have praise for the following pharmacists at 24 hr CVS on Fairmont/ York Rd in Towson: Mr.Joon Victoria Lee They are both consummate professionals. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. They work very hard under often frantic conditions at the pharmacy, but always remain calm & customer focused. I can always count on them & I schedule my visits when they are on- duty. They provide outstanding customer service.

The people at this store were all super nice and very efficient. I had a covid shot and transferred all my scripts here. It was a pleasurable experience and nothing like creepy rite aid.

CVS did not provide emailed proof of vacination as they promised. I had to drive back to the location to get paper copies, and just to make things difficult, they stapled directly through my nmae on the document so it was then questioned by HR as the scan of the dcoument was not clear.

Absolutely horrible. Went through the drive thru (we do this often usually with no issue). The woman at the window barely speaks English. Constantly asks for the name and date of birth. We kept giving it to her and even had to write it down for her. She kept telling us we had no prescription. Eventually, she found it and tried charging us full price. No ma’am, we have insurance. It should NOT be $50. She eventually told us we had to come inside. She was completely cloudless and incompetent. How does she have a job?
