I recently noticed a discrepancy with my ExtraCare card usage during a recent shopping trip. Upon reviewing my receipt, it appears the card wasn't properly scanned or applied to the purchase. This resulted in missed savings and rewards I was expecting to receive. I will be contacting customer service to address this issue and ensure my account is properly credited. Hopefully, this can be resolved quickly.

I had an insulin emergency with my son today. I called up there and they helped me and had it ready in no time! I am very grateful and impressed with the pharmacist and pharmacy technician working there today! Thank you both again!

I’m literally sitting in my car after my transaction just to make this review the lady Gabby is very rude. She doesn’t greet anybody. You can get robbed easy as pie She’s not paying attention. She’s at the back cash register on her phone and stretching. I’m asking her a question about cash and she says you could do either one but she’s not inviting Its like you could do either one she rather you use the machine so she could continue to be on her phone People care about your business Because in the end, the customers are what makes your business thrive not your workers they come in and out as they please.

Breanna helped me today with picking up meds for our disabled son. She was rude and was angered when I informed her that they were billing the wrong insurance. I presented the correct insurance and she continues on by saying his Medicare part D is for people 65 and older. He is disabled I shared with her and her attitude soured even more. Needless to say, at the end of our transaction, she didn't greet us with niceties at all.

Got my medicine asap today and so grateful to the pharmacist for getting them ready so quickly! Life saver for my pain medicine for cancer today! Thanks.
