July 2025: This CVS STORE #5864, 1820 Cheney Hwy. Titusville, FL definitely has their act together! It's taken a while for the CVS APP to be modernized, but for the most part it is NOW WORKING VERY WELL. For the 6+ years I've used this location, Daniel R. RPh has ALWAYS PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. And he is always the busiest person in the store! Their drive-thru experience needs some help, but I suspect corporate level executives are the ones dragging their feet! This store deserves 5 stars... Daniel deserves 6!

Never again with this pharmacy. Randomly did not apply my insurance to my prescription (of over 2 years) during a visit. Thankful I was picking it up and not my wife, who didn't know the cost. I had to remind them I had insurance, so they could apply it to my cost. Then, I was sent to the back of the line, having to wait an additional 10 mins to pay. Again, for my monthly fill, they delayed it for over a week before telling me they were out of stock. Can't talk to anyone there either. Moving my family's prescriptions to a pharmacy that actually answers the phone and communicates issues in a timely manner. I called Publix Pharmacy and got someone on the phone, I know weird, who set me up within 10 minutes.

First time in there, was impressed. I'll return , had what I needed.
