CVS Pharmacy

Hello: I would like to give my recommendation and much appreciation to the pharmacist, Trish at CVS Target/Sawgrass. She has always been extremely helpful, patient and listens when I have questions. I have had the utmost confidence in her. I noticed she’s very polite to all other customers besides myself. Trish has professional mannerisms. I’m sure this is seen by others. Thank you for a GREAT pharmacist! 👩‍⚕️ 😃

The most incompetent, most rude staff. I guess this is the look CVS is going for, because no one has done anything about the lack of customer service. They wont even call the doctor if info is needed but when i called my doctors office they didn't want to talk to them from my phone . But they don’t answer the phone!!!! It sends the doctor into a voicemail. They cost me going through the weekend without medicine. Disappointing is not even the word, it’s worst.

After spending 7 hours overnight in the ER with my daughter, I had the prescriptions sent here because it was the closest CVS.... I'll never ever use this place again! We get there and it's closed...door down, nobody home. There was no sign saying when they'd return or anything. I asked the front desk and they said they're probably on break and they didn't know when they'd get back. We walked around for 20 minutes hoping they'd open by 2:00....just as we were leaving, I looked to see if they'd open yet and saw the door being lifted. We walk back to the pharmacy ask about our prescription and acetaminophen is out of stock...so we're only able to get one prescription and they couldn't transfer the acetaminophen to another location so we have to call the Dr and ask if he can transfer it....it

Excellent service, the attention is very friendly, I really like to claim my medications there

The WORST pharmacy. They close whenever they want. If they're supposed to close at 6, they'll close at 4 because they feel like it, or they just wont even open at all. I've had 2 instances when I had a medication prescribed for my son because he is ill and I cannot get the medication because they close not according to their store hours. I have then had to go through the hassle of calling the doctor's office and getting the medication represcribed to another pharmacy. Time my son could have had his medication and feeling better faster was wasted. I never leave reviews but this is so extremely frustrating.
