I had prescriptions filled at the CVS in Summersville, WV on 6/24/24. I have been a loyal customer of the CVS in Gauley Bridge, WV for many years and have always received terrific customer service. Unfortunately, due to the closure of the Gauley Bridge location I had to switch to the CVS in Summersville. The pharmacy techs at this location are the rudest bunch I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Due to the abhorrent way I was treated on my last visit, I will never patronize with CVS again and will be switching to another pharmacy chain. If I could give zero stars on this review, I would certainly do so.

Pharmacist we very rude to me. She was unwilling to help me get my prescription corrected. Wanting me to deal with it myself. She hung up on me on the phone. I will be getting all of my prescriptions filled elsewhere.
This pharmacy sucks in line to get my prescription . About 30 minutes got to the pharmacy she said there close for lunch 😕 had to come back later 😞
The best pharmacist ever.
