I want to give a heartfelt 5-star review for Basma Ramona, a pharmacist at the CVS Pharmacy in Target in Sterling, VA. Basma went above and beyond in helping me understand my medications. She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before leaving. When I expressed concerns about side effects, she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and offered helpful tips for managing them. She also checked my insurance details and helped me save money where possible. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. She is a wonderful human being, a very caring personality. I highly recommend Basma to anyone needing expert, compassionate pharmacy care — she truly stands

Dr. Lee, (PharmD) she is the epitome of patient care. Dr. Lee and her staff are absolutely remarkable when it comes to caring for their patients (customers). She’s by far one of the most attentive, caring, compassionate pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with in my 31 years of healthcare experience. I have closer pharmacists I could visit and since my interaction with Dr. Lee, I will drive even further than I do in order to be cared by her and her staff. Kelly is an amazing Pharmacist. She is extremely helpful with our insurance and finding the lowest prices if it’s not covered. I highly recommend the CVS on Columbia Place because of her.
