CVS Pharmacy

I got my vaccine at CVS through an online appointment, and the whole process, from booking to receiving the shot, was very smooth. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and they helped me schedule my next vaccine shots in a way that saved me time.

They have a really awful pharmacist that the employees don't like. She is incompetent and lies to try to cover it up. Then, she is fragile when you raise your voice to expose her lie. Once you expose her lie, she raises her voice in anger and hangs up. The other pharmacist is a medical professional and must hold the place together. Patients should not need to walk in the pharmacy for the pharmacist to see a prescription on file. Incompetence.

They take far too long. Professional dilly-dallyers. Competitive lollygagging. The only thing that happens quickly in this CVS is the conversion of oxygen to CO2.

A group that really cares - my insurance didn’t bother sending a new card so it looked like I wasn’t covered. The team took the time to find me discounted rates and because of that I could actually afford the medications I need.

The staff here at the North Atherton location, especially in the pharmacy have a very demanding job but are very helpful and friendly. I've been coming here and when they were at Northland Center for over 15 years. I wanted to give a big shoutout Laura who always greets me by my name, is always upbeat and goes the extra mile no matter how busy they might be. I wanted to thank Terry as well for being so kind. I have seen these two familiar faces for the last 15 plus years.
