I seem to always have trouble getting certain scripts. My Dr. sent over on a Thursday and still was not filled on Monday. I was told that it has to be ordered and that they have a lot of scripts to fill. That is not my problem. That is their job.I was sick to top it all off and it was their fault I had to walk away and because I owed them three dollars which I left with cashier up front Then jump in front of me, grab the bag out of my hand and threatened to call police So that’s my experience
This CVS crew is the best! They are quick, helpful, and friendly. We get our meds and vaccines here and could not be more happy!
This pharmacy is the worst in the area. Be prepared to think ahead, and guide the staff to make sure your prescription doesn't hit a snag.
The pharmacy staff are always courteous and respectful. I am always welcomed by name. They always outperform my expectations as turning a normal 15min wait into 3min. Kim and her team are the best!
I've always had good experiences with the people in-person, but lately they seem to literally never answer their phone...? I've called multiple times in the past week and waited for over an hour with no pickup. Edit 2023-07-31: Things are much better now, phone-wise, I can generally get someone first try.
