CVS Pharmacy Specialty Services

I recently had a prescription filled through CVS Specialty Pharmacy, and the customer service was excellent as always. My only issue is the overwhelming number of text messages and emails they send. I don’t need several notifications just to tell me I refilled my prescription, followed by more emails saying the exact same thing, plus additional messages about shipping. It’s unnecessary and honestly pretty annoying. I really do like the company overall, but the constant messages and emails are a nuisance

One of the most unorganized company I have ever had to deal with. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get things fixed. Last call was...2hrs and 37 minutes!!! Of my time wasted, and two weeks later, they call and have no clue what is going on with my bill.

Very quick at solving issue with prescription and super courteous! I was from out of town and forgot to get one of my meds and the pharmacist took care of everything. Store was very clean and we'll stocked.
