CVS Pharmacy

Real big problems with ordering prescriptions. Olso have to leave message and wait an hour for call.Phonefoes not yell you what time meds will be ready or if they have them. At least 5 times went to get them and they did not have in had to come back another day. Get your CVS's in order.Also bad for customers,and workers hate their jobs!!!

The girl who helped me was very nice and balancing several jobs at once. The perceived manager seemed annoyed with her handling of customers. Rather than visibly be frustrated, why not help or delegate assistance with the 90 other people behind the counter? I didn’t get the girls name who helped me, but she was great.

this is SPECIFICALLY about corporate CVS not giving a single damn about customers who are older, have medical issues, have technology barriers. They are essentially FORCING customers to use kiosk at pharmacy or mobile app. * as recently as today someone told me they got an alert for an adult family rx “ready for pickup”- except that person is NOT taking any rx. The new AI automated voice mail system makes refills a living hell as it lists every single rx one has basically taken ever- even if NOT able to refill them—-then is impossible to make that stop and reorder what you do want! Is this customer service????

Horrible pharmacy staff. Have had to chase these pharmacists to fill my prescriptions repeatedly. Took over a week for them to do my transfer from Walgreens and I went without medications and one was somehow left out and whom ever answers the phone is less than helpful but will tell you how busy she is and that she cannot give you a roundabout time for your prescription pickup, nor can she call your prior pharmacy to have your prescription transferred over... which is exactly what was required from her to have my prescriptions transferred. After calling server also times to my old pharmacy to see if CVS had called for my transfer I ended up having to get a two day emergency supply (twice!) through Walgreens and paying cash for my seizure meds because CVS pharmacy could not fill my prescrip
