CVS Pharmacy

The staff are fine. The products are the same as any other CVS. Whatever. CVS *pharmacy* is abysmal. You cannot reach them by phone. They do not consistently update prescriptions or insurance when asked to. They do not refill prescriptions when requested on the automated-only phone line. YOU CANNOT REACH THE PHARMACY BY PHONE. They don’t have many prescriptions available at the counter if you show up in person, either. I cannot believe how much of a circus it is to get a script at CVS now. We give up and will switch pharmacies. It’s been like four or five months in a row of showing up several days in 1 week to get any updates at all on a low-stock script that should have been accessible. What is happening?

The pharmacy staff are doing their best despite chronic understaffing, but their systems, company, and procedures are horrid approaching inhumane. CVS as a whole seems incapable of ordering things promptly, receiving them promptly, or keeping me informed about what's going on. 0/10 website too. Take your business literally anywhere else.

Staff is not good they are not concerned about the customers I went to pick my parents glucose sensors it was for 3 months the lady told me I am giving you all the 3 months sensor when I went home I realize she gave only 14 days glucose sensor I went again next day then she said oh yeah wait I will give you other 2 months I was waiting for 1 hours then she said they don’t have it come back tomorrow. It was my 3 times to went there for my parents glucose every time they let us wait 1 hours . Poor systems

Never thought I’d review a CVS but super rude staff

DON’T COME HERE. If you have other options for a different pharmacy, please look somewhere else. This is the most unresponsive pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been listening to annoying music for the past 30 minutes and haven’t spoken to anyone. They also haven’t filled any of my prescriptions and somehow most of them got magically lost in their system even though my provider filed them twice.
