CVS Pharmacy

I have just never had an experience with this pharmacy where I was just like, wow, this was a great experience.Never.It's always well , she was rude or why was she looking at me like that , or why was he so mean I never find myself leaving thinking that was positive. I always find Myself.Thinking is this person judging me right now?Or DID THEY mean that in a rude way and my favorite.Why are they all staring at me at the same time?Then they. Do that thing they do with the little girls and their white lab Coats where they talk to each other and giggle.And you try not to look at them, but they look at you.So, you look at them to say like okay?So you are talking about me? Yeah, that. the kind of vibe I get, this is a definitely don't sit with us kind of c.V.S this is a mean girls c.V.S. Super

Rite aid closed local grocery store had a pharmacy they said they couldn’t handle overflow from rite aid so I had no choice to return to cvs! Very impersonal each time I go!

This is the WORST CVS Pharmacy in Lackawanna County and possibly, the world. They have treated me horribly, refused to contact my physician even when directed to do so by their corporate office, in short, they are surly, aggressive, and terrible at customer service. The front end people are LOVELY and helpful, but the pharmacy staff are just awful.

They charge more than any other area pharmacy. Long lines and forget about trying to call .Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE.They are the worst .Created new rules without telling the patients or DOCTORS .I went without my meds over the holiday weekend .No explanation and hung up on after waiting 15 mins to speak to a human. Deleted me from text messages because "rite aid". Sure, blame someone else .Dr Sent new Rx and still made us wait for a "diagnosis code ". Apparently CVS thinks they know more than the Doctors. Nevermind an automated pill counter can do their job.
