CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacy team at CVS is outstanding. They’re always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with any questions I have. Each visit, I feel like a valued customer — never rushed, always cared for. Their professionalism and kindness show in everything they do. I truly appreciate their competence and dedication, and I highly recommend CVS to all my friends and family.

CVS 2037 state street, 12304: I went in to pick up two prescriptions that were filled yesterday that I didn’t get yet. Also after speaking with my provider today she increased one of the prescriptions and phoned it in to them. Coletta at CVS was ready to check me out in the pharmacy. I asked her if there were 45 pills or 30 pills. Then explained the difference with the increase. Coletta returned the filled bottle and kindly corrected the medication. I’m so very grateful for her professionalism!! This mostly female group here are respectful, helpful, kind and supportive. Thank you Coletta in improving my day with your excellent customer service skills, cheers to you!!

I used to like this Place but now it's unbearable to go to & Staffs aren't Helpful at all at the Register never again I remembered sometime ago 3-6 Years it used to be a Alright Location but now it's very Bad & you need to train your Staffs in how to Answer Customers like I asked for pricing of Items the Persons beating around the Bush. Big, Emaculate, not to Competetive Pricings but Employees are a Hit or Miss this is my Description of this place. Last part not fair to say but that's how it is here good place Neutral Service
