CVS Pharmacy

Heather at the pharmacy and the whole team should be recognized. It becomes extremely busy and though they may seem understaffed, they make it happen. Not only because they are fast and have a real sense of urgency but they are always calm and always all smiles and very accommodating. Thanks CVS pharmacy! Best CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and i’ve been all over American for work….

Store was not stocked well. It was difficult to find a helpful employee on our second visit to the store 12/31/2026. I asked for help with pricing an 6 pack of beer and the employee who was working with the beer distributor directed me to ask the cashier. The cashier was busy helping another customer for several minutes. I don't mind waiting my turn, however, the employee had a pricing scanner tool and could have just as easily assisted me. He also could have directed me to the price check machine instead of the cashier. Just felt like we were bothering them instead of being paying customers. My husband and I were very friendly and just could not believe what a negative experience we had at CVS.

My experiences with the CVS on Sanibel is very positive. The pharmacist is very nice and super helpful. The staff is also very helpful.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Also, there is a large selection of different items. We love our local CVS!

went to return a selection where i chose the wrong brand and it went very smoothly, the clerk was welcoming and then got a couple other items. so great to have the store back in the island saving a lot of time, and it is well stocked too.
