The best of CVS Pharmacies!! Justin and Chelsea, are so knowledgeable, as are the helpful Pharmacy Techs. They take time for kind, epic and extremely personalized customer service. This should be the training store for anyone considering going into Pharmacology, seriously. Always a pleasant experience. Their smiles, say it all. Well done!!

Terrible customer experience. In the last few months, I’ve been denied multiple routine Rx refills and vaccines because “it’s the law” despite having insurance and being ready and willing to pay in full. The pharmacist seems to have no interest in actually helping people but rather focused on throughput. I would go literally anywhere else, but CVS currently has a market monopoly in conjunction with their insurance company (Caremark) for which they are currently involved in a lawsuit.

I'm never going back to a doctor's office for a vaccine. This was so smooth and quick! Whoever checked is in was less than thrilled to be there and that was the most painful part. Minutes later, Chelsee swooped in and saved the day! My kids were high anxiety about getting their flu shot, but she was quick, appropriately distracted them, empathetic, supportive, so kind and didn't take time to let the anxiety to build. Administered quickly and didn't flinch at my kids worries or anxieties. I had an appointment for my kids, and after I was told I couldn't get mine on a walk-in basis, Chelsee made it happen in less than a minute. Simply magical. Totally thrilled!

There's only a problem with one employee, but it cost me days of phone calls and aggravation. A woman behind the counter at the pharmacy was snarky to me about a sign CVS has posted about CVS no longer working with my insurance, instead of helping me figure out exactly what it meant for my prescriptions. From her comment, I believed I needed to change my pharmacy and I transferred ALL my scripts back to Walgreens. Then I learned that was not what it meant, even though their sign implied it. I then had to switch them all back due to a contract they have with my employer. It was frustrating, time consuming, and could have all been avoided if not for that one snarky woman. Other than that, that CVS is fine.

Great service quick response. They filled my prescription from drop off to pick up in less than 5 minutes. I'll definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks!
