CVS Pharmacy

They had always helped me they call my insurance. They always make sure that they took care of me. That's why I go to CVS in rock Hill in target wonderful people.

One of the best CVS in our area! Layne and the whole staff are so friendly, professional and fast filing prescriptions! They have been our pharmacy for over 5 years!

We love these people. They are always so helpful. Never to busy to help with questions. Lynn is the best!

After getting the run around for over a month with the CVS spitting distance to my house, Target CVS took the time to listen, investigate and provide me a positive solution as to why I wasn’t able to get my Rx filled…before I left. Took a little bit of time, but I had my Starbucks to sip on, so I was good! Unfortunately, they were out of my medication, but the pharmacist said they would notify me as soon as it came in…and they did. I only hate that they are on the other side of town, and there’s no drive-thru, AND they’re closed by the time I get off work. Still get 5 stars for above and beyond customer service! I wish I would have started with them sooner than gone through the turmoil I went through.

Would normally give them a higher rating. Their change of not letting customers pay for a couple items when paying for prescription is not customer friendly. I get that you do not want to have a buggy of items at the drug counter. However make sure all customers are aware of policy changes so they do not waste there time as well. It probably took more time for your people to put the 3 items back on the shelf than it would have to just charge for them.. Also cost Target $48 dollars.....
