CVS Pharmacy

Didn’t fill my prescription when my doctor called it in, but didn’t call me to tell me either. I followed up a few days later and they said they didn’t know if I wanted to pick up from their location. Why else would I have sent it there? And why didn’t they just call me? They had my correct phone number. Then when they finally filled it they didn’t tell me it was ready like they said they would. Very poor communication and I will not be using them again.

On 11/13/25 at 7:15pm I went to this CVS pharmacy after my dad just literally got discharged from St Joseph Hospital at 6pm after being there a week for abdominal surgery. I went in to drop of several prescriptions from Dr. Anthony Foley that my dad would need asap after discharge. The pharmacy drop off that assisted me was young female who instantly denied filling my prescriptions. I wasn’t expecting them to be filled and ready the same night but the next morning. She definitely stereo typed me and said “she can’t receive prescriptions that’s from the hospital” I’m From Rincon Ga I use this cvs all the time. Did not have any medications until my next refill? And the staff at CV s Rincon helped me to have the full amount until my next doctor's visit. Thanks guy, I really appreciate it.

Pharmacists are always kind. Do not yell or rush them. Never had a bad experience.
