CVS Pharmacy

I had an appointment for my mom for a vaccine administration. Marissa Hatcher the pharmacist told me that they’re short staffed and it’ll be a few mins. 10 mins later I’m still waiting. I asked her how much longer and she rudely answered “I told you it was going to be a few mins.” She was so unprofessional. I worked a night shift as an RN and I was exhausted from being up all night to have an appointment then was rudely responded to. If you care about how your staff treats others, then you should have a talk with her about her attitude. BTW, don’t have the appointment time for people to pick from if you’re short staffed during that time.

The service is amazing, all team members have a lot of patience with elders and are super kind. My mother cannot speak English very well and Brian (a team member) tried his very best to communicate with her

The lady there with brown hair literally ruins my day every time I have to come in. She’s so rude, unprofessional and just incredibly unpleasant. One time I had my headphones in and my hair was over it so no one could see, my boyfriend was on the phone and I told him to wait a sec and thought I muted it while talking to the lady there. As soon as I walk up without even a word coming out of my mouth she snapped at me. My boyfriend in heard and In disgust was like, “wow she was rude”. So basically it’s based on my appearance, the look on my face or that I’m a female or who knows maybe she’s like that with everyone. But I literally have to brace myself before going in. It’s just the closet and most accessible pharmacy to me. They’ve lost several digitally faxed prescriptions causing numerous
