CVS Pharmacy

The worst Pharmacy. This review is only about the pharmacy staff. I tried to pick up my prescription twice. Had to leave and then come back because they said it wasn’t ready. Even though, when I called in, it said it was ready. They told me not to trust those services they offer. The three men/boys that were working in there, David the pharmacist, Tony the tech and a long haired boy, attempted to hold my medication hostage and me for the matter. Tried to intimate me, they did not know my son was in the back set and witnessed all of it. Changing the price of my medication several times, refusing to give it to me, even though I had the alert it was ready. Do not go there, I cannot believe they have jobs. Hope they learn to treat people better. Shame on CVS for employing such nasty, unprofess

I have picked up my prescriptions at CVS for at least 5 to 7 years. I have always been pleased with their service...until...a few days ago. I stepped up to the counter and stood there for several minutes, but no one acknowledged my presence. I was the only one there, but not one of those working behind the counter said a thing to me. They could have said, "I'll be with you shortly." Instead, they ignored me. I was pressed for time, so I left. Today I returned to pick up that prescription. Service was good. I had already decided that I would take my business elsewhere if I again felt snubbed, but I will continue to shop at CVS. But I will be watching for signs of poor service.

Somehow I keep getting texted that I have a prescription ready and get it home to find out I didn't need it yet. The insurance company will hound me that I'm not taking my prescribed meds when I am.

They have a new digital check in system that is not only intrusive, but it's also time consuming. The pharmacist had to help me navigate through the pages of questions and even he had difficulty going through it. Besides all the questions they have chosen to include advertising services between the multiple pages, so it takes even longer to complete what should be a simple pick up of my meds. I found it so offensive I'll be going to Publix from this point forward. I suggest you do the same so we discourage this kind of behavior from large corporations that don't respect our time.

I love this CVS are you going there all the time pick up my prescriptions. And then while I'm waiting I'll walk around and look to see what kind of deals they have. Their deals aren't as good as they used to be but they still are pretty good. They usually got some toys and stuff for the kids and you know kind of like every CVS to get a little bit of everything. Their prices are okay not too bad but if you look around and see their savings make sure you use your phone number to save. Highly recommended will definitely return
