I have to say I am so impressed with this CVS location. The pharmacy staff is top notch. Their customer service and follow up is through the roof. Whether you call or text you get a return call in less than 5 minutes. And they always offer to look into an issue and get a result everytime. They rock it. No one has customer service like this anymore !!
The most god awful pharmacy that ever existed. Incompetent, ineffective and inefficient. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING
New automated system is inefficient and does not give one the option of using numbers
Kicked me out at 5pm and I couldn't get my medicine, I switched pharmacies
Service is great. A little concerned for the staff and customers as the air quality is suspect while the construction is happening and there is poor lighting and No windows. Very uncomfortable. Will be glad when this transition period for Oak St. Health to come in.
