CVS Pharmacy

I love my local CVS. I was not thrilled when my insurance made me switch from Walgreens to CVS because I had been with Walgreens for decades, but I went in with an open mind And the service has been phenomenal. All of the tech staff know me by name. They greet me, sometimes we will chat, if they aren’t busy, although they are always multitasking, even if we do visit for a minute or two. But I went in on the evening of January 30, 2026, to pick up a prescription. It was someone I didn’t know, which is unusual, but I rolled with it. I had to stand there for 3 to 4 minutes as the tech and the pharmacist had a personal conversation. I could understand if it was about work or a prescription but it wasn’t because I could hear it. We love CVS, always professional, friendly, efficient, and helpful, and they are always looking ahead to refill our prescriptions and send us updates we appreciate that so much, we have never experienced that with other drug stores, CVS makes it personal and care about their customers.
