CVS Pharmacy

The people here are so rude. I'm literally the only person here, and they would rather just fill prescriptions than give me my prescription, so I can leave. And this is very time I come here. And iv been coming here for 8 yrs. There is no good customer service. It's I'll get to you when I get to you. I would rather shoot myself in the foot than come here. But that's not an option. And the have a sign that says this. Funny! Respect, would be get your customers out as fast as possible. That is respect.

I was impressed that they responded to a survey I did from a recent Rx transaction. It actually helped me understand why they did what they did. It makes sense to me now and I was impressed that they went to that length to hear my voice and justify why the did what they did (close Rx for lunch for legal requirements). I do like CVS and this showed me they DO listen to their customers which now makes me like them even more. I was considering changing pharmacies but I see they care so I'm staying.

This location is severely UNDERSTAFFED for their demand. That means customers in need of prescription medications assistance, like you and I, are severely challenged in receiving said medications and or answers to serious questions. Prepare yourself to go into the actual store to get questions answered or assistance. Calling is not an option. Forget that. You can never get anyone from the pharmacy staff on the phone - ever. I literally called 4 different days this past week, 6-8 times each day, from 10:30am to 8pm. With each call, I was placed on automated hold for 6-15 minutes, and hung up - no one answered. Finally, on the fifth day, I was forced to go in and speak with somebody in person as I was completely out of my prescription, and the filling issue/release was not resolved. My firs

Pharmacist Adam was awesome. He arranged for an emergency refill, over the phone, for a prescription I had run out of. I left for the store and it was ready when I arrived. Thanks, Adam!『

Both me and my wife were in the store to pick up a prescription, the clerk behind the counter asked if we were interested in scheduling our shots which she spelled out. I replied yes and I got three and my wife get four shots right there and then.
