Received vaccine with no issues. Tech very well versed on vaccine. Ver pleased

I had to purchase a prescription out of pocket due to an issue with my insurance. The employee assisting me informed me that once the issue was resolved, I could return with my receipt within 2 weeks, and they could issue a refund and bill the insurance. This was such a relief because it is a headache filling a prescription claim through the insurance for reimbursement. Thanks, CVS! You guys handled this most awesomely for me!

People are friendly, but service and having items you have prescriptions for are terrible. For something that should've been fixed a month ago when I had my first issue, now its been over a week and my daughter still has not got her prescription because its not in stock (comeeee on). I will be calling my dr. office in the morning to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy

Cvs in oxford is awesome. Hoping Walls gets this good.

I love❤❤❤ my Oxford, MS CVS Store. It is always clean, the people are very friendly. If I have a dispute about an item's cost they resolved the issue quickly. They always let me know and ask if I want to use my CarePass Bucks. I have moved from Oxford; however, my children still pick my meds up. But they need not use my bonus bucks on them 🥰🥰🥲.
