CVS Pharmacy

I just switched from Walgreens to CVS for my prescription. Best thing I’ve ever done. Went from 6$ to free. Went from 10 minute waits to 3 minutes. I love you CVS. I just discovered I’m getting 90 days where Walgreens gave me 30 days. Walgreens is scamming!

The Pharmacist Samar is the actual worst human being to have as a pharmacist or someone in a customer facing role. If there is anything you can do to avoid this pharmacy I am warning you to please avoid it at all costs. You will be treated horribly and nothing you need will get done.

I have been a loyal customer of CVS pharmacy (12280 Lake Underhill). I have seen pharmacists come and go throughout the years. But now, we are blessed to have have an exceptional Pharmacist, Ms Samar Ibrahim !!!! You can feel an atmosphere of hospitality, of being welcome, of professionalism when she is present. And as well, her team of technicians, greeting you with a smile and attentive to your needs. Ms Samar has elevated the service at CVS to new heights. Congratulations to her and her team !!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of CVS for years and just recently transferred my prescriptions to this branch because it’s the closest to my current home. The pharmacy customer service is horrible. Every time I need a prescription they give me the runaround and they never have what I need in stock. I asked for solutions during my last phone call with them and they just said they can’t help me- too bad. I will be transferring all of prescriptions elsewhere. 0 stars stay away from this CVS

Pharmacy is the worst their line is always out the door because they took in too many ppl when the other CVS closed. Also the staff in the pharmacy is so rude when you talk to them over the phone. The guy that answers the phone speaks broken English too. Will be changing to another pharmacy. Also doesn't talk to doctors when there is an issue. My doctor had to send the script through 3 times before they finally said they got it. It took them 3 weeks to get it right and many calls to my doctor. My doctor was saying I can see they got it 2 times already but I will send it again and this was over 2 weeks this is ridiculous. I do not recommend them for filling prescriptions. And another time they have also given me one month when I get 3 months at a time. I had to go back to the store and show
