Super easy to get the newest Covid vaccine at the Minute Clinic at CVS. The nurse practitioner was very professional and was definitely good at giving injections. And you get a coupon for $10 off of any $20 purchase at the store.

Very caring, understanding, and patience assisting with the issue. This store shows that it truly cares for the customer/patient without wasting judgment. Were other CVS pharmacies can't judgment on the people coming in for care. Most act like the customer/patient is faking or there to just gets meds for the wrong reasons.

Left Walgreens on Kingsley today for this CVS! Wow! They had all of the prescriptions I needed! Walgreens was continuously out of monthly prescriptions of mine.

This has got to be one of the most incompetent pharmacies I have ever had the displeasure of being forced by insurance to use. They don't know how to run children under the insured, they don't know how to process refunds when the insurance representative demands they do so for overcharging and incorrectly running children as subscribers. How can your staff be so inept at their literal job? Sick people stuck in line for so long or pushed to the side to help people before them because they can't figure out what to do is very sad. If it were not for my insurance rep actually caring enough to call and sit on hold as I sat in the lobby, I would have over paid AGAIN. Got there 2 minutes prior to their mandated “lunch break” but was in line on drive thru. They are under no obligation to clear a line prior to this break which is a beyond ridiculous. Also called the store to ask management about this process. Management was not caring and rude. When I asked their name, the manager on duty refused to provide their name and said they were under no obligation to (which corporate said they must provide a first name when requested). I used to have benefits where I could go to Publix where there were NO issues but CVS is a non-caring group who have very customer unfriendly policies. I will work with my benefits to see if we can go away from requiring us to work with this horrible company and give us the freedom to go where we choose (I’d NEVER go back here). Wa
