CVS Pharmacy

I've been going to walgreens for years before switching to CVS and HOLY HECK! Trying to refill anything at walgreens was an absolute nightmare for no fewer than 3 different new reasons every single time and could almost never be done same day, definitely never without spending any less than 3.5 on the phone. At this CVS I get almost immediate call backs. The text notifications and web info for my Rx is informative and on point, I don't think I've waited even a full 5 minutes for a callback about questions ever, or 5 minutes in line in person! This is a night and day difference from the astonishing lack of care or concern I got from walgreens ever! This is INCREDIBLE! I was very happy with the appointment and the care that I received while getting my vaccine. However, when you call to try to get ahold of a representative, you are connected with a stupid robot that barely works. I couldn't even get ahold of a pharmacist to see if my prescription was ready and had to drive there just for a chance of it being ready. It was ready thankfully, but the bot on the phone told me I didn't have any prescriptions ready. I understand that this is not the staffs fault and I do not hold it against the awesome staff. They have no control over corporate decisions to switch to using AI. Thank you CVS staff for an amazing experience and please pass along the info that we want the option to speak to a real person. We just moved back to the area, wife tried picking up seizure medication for our dog. The pharmacist denied due to out of state vet prescription. Could have easily called but chose to be lazy and put our dog at risk. Should lose their license.

I would like to start off by saying this is my first negative review. I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist. Berated and belittled for picking up a medication I am PRESCRIBED. I cant believe the way she spoke to me, spoke over me, and refused to listen. The younger woman at the counter was very friendly, but the pharmacist was so disrespectful that I do not see myself coming back. Don’t go to this pharmacy unless you have thick skin and time to argue about why you’re in between insurances (None of her business anyway!) Truly astonishing that a health care professional would speak to their patient that way. Don’t treat me like someone trying to swindle the system for using GoodRX, a system designed for people like me who are waiting for new insurance to kick in. So disappointe

I had the best experience. I just moved from Auburn university Alabama to Olympia Washington. Anytime I came to your CVS, people were so friendly and ready to help. That is very important specially for the people with impartial problem. Thanks
