Speed of service at the drive thru or at the counter is of no concern to anyone at the pharmacy. It’s as if the DMV ran a pharmacy. I’d switch to other stores there’s no better CVS near me. I’ve used others from time to time. I’d switch pharmacy but insurance preferred cvs so I wait in the lines.
I made my appointment online and was at the pharmacy an hour later getting my shots! Staff was courteous, friendly, annd efficient!
I walked in, got instant help with my vaccine requests. Filled out a minimum of paperwork and got my shots immediately in a secure location. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Coming from a Rite Aid and a Private Pharmacy I am extremely happy with my decision to switch to CVS . The staff , products, and value are second to none . I'm sorry that I didn't change to CVS before I moved to Oakville, CT !
Excellent caring staff in a clean well stocked store. Southbury CVS needs to take a lesson from Oakville CVS. Oakville knows how to treat customers properly
