CVS Pharmacy

I like this CVS mainly because of Connie, who works the register. I like Connie for her excellent service and customer care. People like her make my day and make me want to come back to that CVS location. Thank you, Connie, again for your service and honesty (she ran after me when I forgot to take the $40 cash withdrawal from the self-checkout kiosk).

The pharmacist that assisted me the other day had a horrible attitude issue needs to try another career change

Lack of communication at the pharmacy at any level will lead to an increased likelihood of an error that can be departmental. Ran my FSA card and was not told the charge didn’t go through so the cashier proceeded to process the transaction on my husband credit card without notifying me. This charge alerts my husband and he can’t get in touch with me and believes it’s a fraudulent charge as no one can get through to the pharmacy staff. I was not asked for my ID but just offered it up and not a single word to me even when I thanked her and said have a good night. Nothing like misery after a long day of caring for cancer patients to finish your day off like this. Staff should be aware of every person and treat them like they actually exist instead of being a self centered individual who just

I have been fulfilling my prescriptions at CVS pharmacy on Main Avenue in Norwalk for at least a decade or more. It is my go-to CVS pharmacy where I've loyally given my business for many many years. Sometimes busier than others but in general the lines move and the staff is very nice. Any question I may have is answered by a pharmacist or one of his staff. They are polite courteous and work as quickly as they can this I have noticed is one of the busiest pharmacies around and they handle a lot of prescriptions I'm sure it's not easy and I commend all of them and will continue to fill my prescriptions at CVS Main Avenue in Norwalk
