CVS Pharmacy

Extremely frustrating pharmacy experience, consistently. When you call to speak with a pharmacist, you can’t reach a real person, only an AI system, which does nothing but keep your conversation going in circles. Prescriptions are rarely filled on time and often take much longer than promised. They also shelve prescriptions quickly if they aren’t picked up right away, even after I’ve repeatedly explained that my job keeps me away for days at a time and I can’t always pick up the minute they choose to actually refill. Even my doctor’s office staff complain about how difficult and inefficient CVS pharmacy is to deal with. I’d love to go another route with my medication but CVS is my medication insurance provider. It also doesn’t help that my local CVS was closed and now I have to drive 2

Pharmacists were rude on several occasions. Waited for a prescription for 45 minutes. Told me I had to call my insurance because it was not covered. Called insurance and they said they already paid it. Went to pick it up and got no apologies and no notification that it was ready to pick up.

Very nice pharmacy tech. Very nice gentleman explained everything shot didn't hurt at all !

My husband recently passed away. I cannot begin to tell you how helpful the pharmacist and the staff at the Norton CVS have been to me. Their advice and help will never be forgotten. From prescriptions to insurance. Thank you for your time and over and beyond efforts to help me!

Updated our covid shot and scheduling on line was a breeze. Did not have to wait long at all. Good experience and the people were verry nice.
