Today’s experience was not good. The three handicapped parking spaces were not cleared of snow. The sidewalk (which should have a handrail on the section that inclines) was shoveled. Was I supposed to wade thru the snow with my cane to get there? Another customer helped us get our cart to the car once I was safely inside.
Staff is always polite and answers question that I might have.
Had a great experience. Pharmacy staff were so polite and very attentive. Did not have to wait long to be taken care of.

MY CVS staff are always very courteous and knowledgeable. I am called by name and greeted with a smile.
