Why is the staff so darn rude at 15050 Cleveland pharmacy? I've been there 3 times and twice requested a phone call back with no response. I went to pick up 1 med and 1st time quoted over $300. 2 weeks later, after a paycheck, same med $660! Employees were rude and clueless blaming my insurance. After a 3 way call between my insurance and CVS he said $183. I went in to purchase it and $118 came up. How does CVS arrive at their prices, cuz the staff had no idea and does not care!
Not impressed. Most CVS stores are closing in my area,they all seem to be lacking. I hope this location picks up it's game and steps up for our community.
Store is always dirty junk all over the floors, service is poor P Pharmacy half the time the people don’t speak English.
Stop in to see if I can get my prescription here in Florida from NJ CVS showed them my updated information and prescription card and left with my 90 day supply CVS was great thanks Chris
You ask what you guys could do, is find a way to deliver medication to people who are on Medicaid.
