CVS Pharmacy

I visited this location to request a prescription refill. The pharmacy technician, Shannon, asked if I would be willing to wait, which I did without issue. My primary concern, however, was the lack of privacy and confidentiality when being asked to provide personal health information in an open, public area. When I requested more privacy, the technician approached the counter to ask for the name of the prescription, but then returned to her original position and continued requesting my personal information from a distance. At that point, I asked my daughter to provide the information on my behalf, as I was becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the situation. I would give zero stars if I could. The pharmacist was beyond rude and extremely condescending. I was looking for a particular medication, but when I began to ask, she didn't even let me finish my question before cutting me off. She said "before you say another word, are you going to ask me where something is?" (Mind you, I'm looking for a specific medication, so a pharmacy related question) I didn't even get to respond yes, because the second I started she cut me off AGAIN and said "I work in the pharmacy. I don't work at target. They wear red shirts, do I look like I work here? No." Then after I walked away to try and find the medicine, she and a customer were openly mocking me. The customer said "Oh my gosh, do you get those questions like that all the time?" She then proceeded to mock

Today my grandson had a prescription called into this pharmacy at 2 pm. I received a message stating it was being processed. So I waited a bit and went to pick the script up at 6 pm and it wasn't ready. So I asked how long it would take to fill. The tech was rude and said we are 45 minutes behind and I doubt it will be done before we close. I respond to her by pointing out the fact the prescription was called in over 4 hours ago so it should priority at that 4 hr point. The tech stated they had a lot of scripts come in so they can't fill it. Again I reminded her the prescription was called in 4 hrs ago. I told her he can't miss his morning dose of this medication and could pick it the next morning. The pharmacist had the time to look the prescription up and verify the dose.... umm why c

I sure would hate to work at this place.. I have seen some good pharmacist leave their jobs at CVS for overwork & burnout over the years. Stopped to pick up rx that was to be ready a 11 this morning. She was refilling when i got there at six pm.. only to find out when I got home it was the wrong RX! JEES! not good. I think I am switching PHARMACIES.

This pharmacy is just amazing! They work super hard even when they only have 1 person in the store doing everything. The pharmacists go above and beyond. I’m allergic to a certain medication and the pharmacist caught it before I came in after my doctor’s visit. The pharmacist called my doctor and had it changed immediately. For them to have to do all that they do and keep me safe, they deserve more credit than they receive. People should be nicer to them and understand that they are only trying to keep us safe. I will continue my business here for years to come. Keep it up ladies :)
