I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Pharmacist Gavin for going above and beyond during a recent visit. He caught a critical dosing error made by my doctor and made sure I received the correct and safe prescription. His attention to detail and commitment to patient safety truly made a difference. Gavin was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but also exceptionally kind and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. It’s rare to come across someone so compassionate and dedicated in healthcare. Thank you, Gavin, for your professionalism and care , I truly appreciate everything you did for me.

This is an overall average store/pharmacy. Somewhat inefficient. My last visit was at 3p with only one person working the counter. Also, the person in front needed extra care and I waited 10 minutes, with 4 people behind me, to pick up a prescription. The people seem to have basic training and could be a little more friendly; they sort of act like they are doing you a favour. Talk to someone in charge if you have a problem.

There is a bad attitude toward records and bad ways of talking. Very irresponsible girls work there putting a lot of makeup on their faces and their behavior with customers is not all good. They do not have the manners to interact with people. As a result, they do not remember prescriptions, they are very careless, ruthless, and rude. The staff is very very bad. Their employment should be terminated.
