CVS Pharmacy

More automation that nobody wants. It was easier and a better experience to tell a human in the pharmacy my name and birthday instead of having to type it into your touch screen check-in station which isn't sensitive enough so you have to bang each letter with your finger. Stale, generic, non-human experience so you can slash your payroll but not pass any savings on to your customers through lowering prices

CVS's electronic notification systems never match the store. "Your prescription is ready" Store: "no it's not". Very rarely do I see an employee at checkout. Self checkout takes longer than human checkout. One thing they do good, is waste paper. Receipts are 3 feet long for 2 items.

I hate going thru the drive thru for pickup but now that cvs is making me fill out multi screen on a computer instead of having a real person wait on me I DO NOT want to go to the inside counter and be an unpaid employee. CVS needs to treat customers with more respect. Ask the questions you need to retrieve our meds and go on our way. Do your job!!!!!!!!!

In my experience with CVS pharmacy CVS pharmacy is the best pharmacy for prescriptions, OTC medicines and all other shopping. Your extra care cash reward program is excellent.I have no relatives or friends working in CVS pharmacy . Sometimes I had a feeling that the price is little high but that can be compensated with the rewards

Pharmacy did not confirm which med i was picking up. Ended up handing me an older prescription from previous doc from another state. Luckily it was the same med but the duration of treatment is different. Also no one provided education on the new med. Just unbelievable!!
