CVS Pharmacy

The absolute worst of the worst when it comes to pharmacies. Can't get anyone by phone, you have to leave a message through the automated system but they very rarely return calls. The app will tell you your 'request is being processed' but again, no callbacks ... only an update notification stating the 'request has been completed'. Most pharmacy associates are unwilling to help & I'm not sure if they're rude or simply lack any knowledge of what to do since there seems to be a ridiculously high rate of turnover at this location. Often have to request that they submit Rx's through insurance which is mind boggling when I've been using this pharmacy for 10+ years & have had the same insurance for 18. Even though they were extremely busy and shot hep at the counter the customer service was good and friendly and I appreciated the tech who was working 3 registers with a friendly face and smile.I always have a good experience.

The wait time is just getting so ridiculous. Especially through the drive-thru. You would think with the new system there would be a little bit more faster speed but there's just not. They all hate to work there and they all let you know it

CVS on W. Little Creek Road has improved tremendously over the past year. Customer service is excellent. Prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

Never been so frustrated in my life had lasik eye surgery yesterday got my prescription sent to cvs around 8 am and now going on 4pm and I’m 32 mins on the phone and when someone pick up after 17 mins to tell me to hold on and haven’t heard nothing since I will never get medication sent to here again
