CVS Pharmacy

This by far is one of the best CVS pharmacies. I have been to they are all great, but this Particular store stands out. The three young ladies in the pharmacy were very friendly and helpful and so respectful, no matter how busy they were. I definitely recommend this particular CVS to everyone.

I’m thankful they carry the difficult medicine I need, but the customer and pickup experience is horrible. I spent at least 30 minutes waiting, which I could maybe understand if I was given a heads up and could allot time to do so, but the only woman working the counter, Dharia, who was generally standoffish with every customer, told me I’d have to wait “a couple minutes” to get my coupon in, at which point I waited another 15 minutes in addition to what I had already waited to get my prescription found in the first place (I understand store systems are not the employee’s fault, it is what it is). At this point I was late for work and asked how much longer it would take and she informed me for the first time then that the doctor had to review the medication and was extremely rude and snip

CVS helped me find the best price on my prescription. I have recently retired and did not have insurance that covered my prescription. The staff was very helpful to find the best discount card available.

Take your RXs somewhere else if you can. After getting a text on Tuesday alerting me to an RX pickup, I showed up on Saturday to grab it while I was out. To my confusion I was told there was nothing to be picked up, yet I showed the older woman behind the counter my text. After some annoyed sounds on her part she looked it up in the system and told me someone had put it back into stock because I waited too long to get it. Again I showed her that it'd only been a couple days. She got it pushed through the system for me again and then it rang up without the RX discount coupon I have assigned to it. I absolutely hate going to this pharmacy. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone only to have to go in and deal with the nastiest attitudes ever. Nearly every month there is an issue with my medications. Unfortunately I have CVS pharmacy insurance otherwise I would NEVER go there. Used Harris Teeter for years. Never had these issues! Terrible customer service!!
