CVS Pharmacy

Rude is an understatement. Unfortunately, this CVS is the only 24-hour location near me, but the repeated issues make me strongly consider taking my business elsewhere. The drive-thru staff are consistently dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than streamlining pick-up, they often *cause* unnecessary delays. Pricing and insurance errors happen frequently because prescriptions are not charged correctly, leading to overbilling and wasted time. I’ve been given incorrect instructions multiple times at the window, only to be told I needed to come inside—where a simple re-run in the system magically fixed the problem. On one occasion, the pharmacist herself attempted to charge me full price, refusing to rerun the claim under the correct insurance. I had to leave, call my doctor, and only then did

Ran in quick to grab some hibi clens for a surgery on Monday. WELL.... it would have been quick! This CVS is much bigger than the one I currently live next to, so I had to take a walk around the seasonal section. They do not disappoint!

This is my Favorite CVS pharmacy,they really care about their customers and it's always clean.

The staff of the CVS @ 1145 Kempton St, NB, MA is a 24/7 store. No matter what time of day or night you need to go there, the staff is totally great. They are helpful, respectful, very professional and very good at what they do.
