CVS Pharmacy

Went in to CVS to pick up a gift card and saw this sign. I've never seen this before at any other CVS... what's going on? Why would this one store be such an outlier from the rest of a national brand? I thought one of the main points of being a part of a corporation was to offer the customer a consistent experience.. that is not what I had here and it's pretty frustrating. Luckily there were 3 other stores within walking distance that were happy to sell me a gift card and had everything else I needed... at better prices no less. I guess that's actually a win for me.

Two phone calls in a row, over a two month time period, and the young lady(s) on the phone got rude and talked over the top of me when I questioned their lack of services provided. I care less about the lack of service than the rudeness of the person that called me (callback is another change in their service). This CVS has been on a decline and this trend will likely continue. I left this pharmacy two years ago but I have recently been forced back to them by my insurance. My experience at other local pharmacies has been exemplary in comparison.

This location is fairly busy but they are always quick at filling prescriptions so you don’t have to wait. The techs and pharmacist are always friendly and helpful. Meds do sometimes go on back order but I know they work diligently to fill prescriptions as fast as they can.
