CVS Pharmacy

I went today to pick up a prescription sent by the virtual emergency doctor for my son. The prescription was sent around 9:30 pm and I reached the pharmacy around 9:47 pm. I had the smoothest possible experience with the pharmacist finishing the transaction within just a minute and I was done by 9:50 pm, 10 minutes before the pharmacy was supposed to close. This was just amazing professionalism, in hour of need. Thank you!

The stores as clean and well lit. The on-line experience is pretty good, including checking on the status pf prescriptions, ordering refills and maintaining history. My only complaint is that with all the automation they have made it impossible to get a live human being on the phone.

I personally thought the woman who helped me retrieve my medication was extremely rude. I treated her with a smile and provided her with my name and birth which she yelled for from the waiting area for me to provide her. When I reached the desk she had no affect and was honestly frowning. Then i asked if i could use my coupon to check out the other items i was getting while waiting for my meds and she responded to me like i was an idiot and demanded i put my phone number in. Overall it was such an unpleasant and de-valuing experience and ruined the rest of my day. I hope your employees have an understanding on how much a bad interaction can affect people. I wish i knew her name so i could give you the chance to either get her fired or a training on how to not be so blatantly rude to custom

There is this one employee Lucas he's so very friendly and he always remembers a face. Goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful.

The service here is the worst I've ever experienced at a CVS. Somehow, they have removed my review about waiting for them to answer their phone for over two hours, too, resulting in me driving to the store to get an answer to my question. The pharmacy staff is beyond rude, consistently making mistakes entering insurance information then, blaming it on you. They will refuse to re-run your insurance and just walk away with your medications with no care or empathy to the fact that they are a taking life saving item from you with no help or attempt at a resolution. My insurance requires me to use this awful place. Otherwise, I wouldn't. Corporate needs to start over with this place. New people, better training, and actual customer service that makes you feel like you're cared about.
