CVS Pharmacy

Be very careful with this location!y medication suddenly went from approx $25 to just under $2,500. When I asked why the pharmacists came from the back and told me I obviously don’t understand my insurance, and it’s “because you have a high deductible you have to pay first”. This was a LIE. If the pharmacist doesn’t know the reason for the price change he should have simply said that. I do not have a deductible on my rx plan and my max out of pocket is half that amount. The issue was with a pre auth that is now being handled. A pharmacist lying to clients is pretty concerning when the answer should have been that they did not know why the cost had changed. I only asked about them because in the past they have run the wrong insurance or not applied the medication coupon card. I have switc

They lost my prescription. I have been waiting years to have it approved and they lost it and the daytime pharmacist said he didn’t care and I would need a new prescription. I fought with my insurance company to have it approved and because of their negligence now I have to fight again and face possible rejection. I showed them so much proof including screen shots that my prescription existed and was filled. So annoyed by the attitude by the pharmacist about not taking accountability for what was clearly his mistake.

The people in the Pharmacy were wonderful. Super nice, pleasant, and extremely helpful. It is a bit of a drive for me to get there but I plan on going back in the future if needed. I highly recommend this CVS...

This CVS (NJ38) in Mt Laurel has the best pharmacy service I have ever encountered

Always an issue with my scripts at CVS. According to my health plan, based on the Dr. script (prescription), it's never easy filling with CVS pharmacy.
