CVS Pharmacy

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. I stopped by to pick up my order. I was told the wait was 5-10 min for my order. I waited 20 min and finally went back up to the counter and the same lady told me that I need to wait 25 min. At which I told her NO. I’ve already been here. So then she disappeared for 10 min without a word. And then another woman shows up with the meds. I buy the meds but when I’m told I have to go to another window for the pharmacist to mix the meds. It’s been 50 two minutes and I finally got the medication.

We were recently moved from our local Rite Aid to CVS in Montrose. We went in for walk in vaccines and a trasfered prescription. It was a very pleasant experience overall. Prompt, courteous service. Very pleasant staff.

The team member made sure i used all the coupons I was entitled to so i ended up paying only half of the total amount. Big savings for me. I encourage my whole family to go to CVS for big savings

Lines are always very long at the pharmacy and the pharmacy counter is under staffed. When picking up a prescription if you are unable to show a bar code, your personal information is heard by the entire line. This appears to be a HIPPA violation.

Once again they are out of my prescription and have been for a week and it will not be in stock for another week. The medication is available at another CVS in Burbank but they would need to transfer the prescription to that store and then I would need to pick it up from that store for all future refills. They will not transfer the prescription back to my closest CVS and I will need to get a new prescription from my doctor to be able to get my medication from my closest CVS. This is not the first time I have had this issue. It’s a good thing that CVS has a captive clientele or they wouldn’t be in business long. There executives should be ashamed of their policies that inconvenience their customers!
