Somehow It seems customer service has left CVS and everything is supposed to be automatic but the automated system does not work the right way when it comes to picking up medications/prescriptions. I will still use them for their minute clinic, however I'm going to start using online prescription services, at CVS, since customer service seems to be non-existent.
CVS is a wonderful pharmacy they take Great care of their customers and they have a Great selection of products. I have been a satisfied customer for 50+ years!
No need for ups pick up on Montclair when you have a cvs that accepts their packages at the checkout counter and is open 24 hours! UPS Ground, Montclair to NYC, 10 pounds was a little less than $13.
CVS LOST my Furosemide Prescription. My husband was picking up multiple Rx's and they LOST one. Then they told him to get in the BACK OF THE DRIVE THRU LINE, and (and I Quote) "By that time the prescription We Lost will be ready" So, my husband picked up what they DIDN'T lose, and now I need to go back and get my HEART MEDICATION THAT THEY LOST. So, yeah, I'm NOT HAPPY.
I picked up prescriptions from CVS with their new check in it was faster and more easier . I had to pick up 7 by the time I finished typing she was bringing it to me thanks 😊
