CVS Pharmacy

I have had nothing but issues ever since I started using cvs on sterlington highway about my prescriptions being ready for pickup then get there and they tell me it will be tomorrow just people not caring or doing their job

This is unfortunately our go-to location for our CVS prescriptions. Depending on time of day, the wait can be up to an hour due to lack of cashiers/employees in the pharmacy. There has also been times where we have received the wrong quantity of prescription, and others where have verbally been told that insurance did not cover the medication, even though after ringing it up, it comes theough as no charge. Added 1 extra star because, as a company, we continue to trust CVS / Caremark for our 90-day prescriptions.

After having to wait due to them closing for lunch (which is ridiculous for a company who has taken over all the small pharmacies) the employees were not in any hurry to attend to the backed up lines. Do better CVS, you’ve put the small shops out of business and now your customer service is getting weak. Hire enough help!

Was in line 45 minutes before getting helped. Started with 5 cars in front of me… it was going fairly quickly until the last car in front of me. They let her sit for THIRTY minutes at the window. There was an issue and they didn’t ask her to come in or pull back around. My four year old was crying to use the bathroom and I was blocked in. After getting to the window it took ten minutes because again I had to wait. The cashier wasn’t friendly, acted oblivious. Usually the gentleman is very friendly, this woman seemed new. Any way, I suppose the Louisville Walgreens traffic has leaked into this CVS. It’s horrible and I’ll be transferring to a new pharmacy.

Love participating in their monthly membership with so many $.02-$10.00 credits. I always go inside the store and find great deals and my prescriptions are always ready
